Daniel Ketchum is focused on serving growing companies as their legal counsel for business transactions, estate and business succession planning and general corporate matters. Daniel provides unique perspective and experience in these areas. Prior to the practice of law, Daniel graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Accounting, obtained his certificate as a Certified Public Accountant, and worked as an auditor for the international Big 5 accounting firm of Ernst & Young. He earned his law degree, with distinction, from the University of Oklahoma in 1993. After more than five years of litigation experience and over two years as a Managing Attorney in a large corporate law department, Daniel narrowed his focus to business transactions, business succession and estate planning. Daniel is a member of the State Board of Georgia, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Association of Attorney CPAs.
